Nice video tutorial covering the basics of screen printing using screen filler. While this doesn’t explain any advance techniques, it is a nice starter for anyone looking to learn the art of screen printing.

The video covers the simple technique of painting a negative image directly on the screen with a filler material which becomes impermeable when it dries. For the beginning screen printer, this can be a great way to learn the basic principles of silkscreening, without investing a lot of time and money into a full setup.
The supplies used in the video are pretty straight forward, and can be found at most craft stores. As for the paint, I would have to recommend a 50/50 mix of acrylic and fabric paints, or screen printing ink. This will produce a washable, long lasting print.

* Nylon or Silk Screen
* Acrylic Clearcoat
* Paint
* Mod Podge Mat Glue
* Paint Brushes
* Scissors
* Pencils

Hi, I’m new to screen printing and I would like to know the basic techniques and procedures of screen printing and also need to know how to access the video on your site. I’m an electronic technician and I need to make printed circuit designs on copper boards and the only color I’m going to use is black. Then this will be dipped in Ferric Chloride to get rid of the outer copper and the rest with the print stays. I hope you get me, so I need to know how to use screen printing to do so and it will be more helpful if you guide me for the same and also tell me howto utilize the best from your site.
