The task was to build a digital presence from the ground up that commanded a sense of luxury and grandeur. We needed to establish a clear, elevated boundary between this new high-end identity and Susan’s established commercial work.

The Journey
After three decades of technical refinement, Susan’s career reached a point where a standard portfolio was no longer sufficient. We aimed to build a digital environment that reflected the weight of her expertise and the stature of her craft. The objective was to create a sense of permanence and architectural clarity within the site. By launching this new brand, we provided a dedicated sanctuary for her most ambitious work. This platform allows each commission to be viewed as a significant artistic achievement.

We began by reviewing Susan’s extensive thirty-five-year archive. This body of work provided the foundation for a visual language that feels established and deeply rooted. We avoided passing trends to focus on the textures and tones that have defined her output since the beginning of her career. The primary goal was to find a balance between her heritage and a modern luxury aesthetic.
Our Approach
Screensilk delivered the art direction and brand identity for this new venture. We built the digital presence as a curated experience that mirrors the exclusivity of the jewellery itself. By focusing on a narrative-driven structure, we ensured that every element of the user journey conveyed the story of a craftsperson at the peak of her powers, while the site objectives focused clearly on commissions.
